Trellising Solutions > TIMBO-RAMBO To accommodate, and house securely a Dan Flipper frost protection unit, we developed the TIMBO-RAMBO. The Dan Flipper can be housed perfectly in a VEE-POST but not quite so in a RAMSHEAD. So Tristar manufactured the TIMBO-RAMBO a 2.4m post with just a 2.1 metre inlay. Effectively the post is a 2.1 metre RAMSHEAD with a 300mm VEE-POST at the top, thus accommodating the frost protection unit easily, while maintaining the strength and integrity of the RAMSHEAD intermediate. Since development we have worked on an improved attachment that will fit both VEE-POST and RAMSHEAD. See MAC-ATTACH. |
