Alternative Payment Alternative payment terms - other than the norm, can be arranged, but need to be agreed at time of order. Excess to Requirements We understand that in this ‘game’ definitive numbers for a particular development might not be, for any number of reasons, as accurate as both parties might want. Never mind. We will take back any excess, no questions, no cost. Penalties In the event of non-payment for goods and, or services provided by due date, we reserve the right to charge interest on the overdue amount. Ownership Ownership of goods, sold in good faith to buyers, is not transferred until full and final payment has been completed. |
